MBC-17 1932 Stutz Bearcat...the regular issue of 40 models is refinished in metallic petrol-green with burnt-orange sides and red seats...released in December 2009.

In 1979, Lesney Products made a Club model for the UK Matchbox Club. It had a Code 2 status and was basically the Y13 Crossley 'Coal & Coke' model but with its standard coal load replaced by a bright yellow canopy and cab tilt. Some 800 were made and sold to the first 800 members of the Club.

With MICA/The Matchbox Club celebrating its 25th year this year, we too have commissioned a Club model and have based it on its 30 year old predecessor! The 2009 Matchbox Club model is a total repaint...we have chosen a great metallic red colour and as before, comes with a fully decorated yellow canopy and tilt.

All models will of course come with a certificate and be boxed. Shown here is a mocked up model using labels.

The maximum production was only 100 and delivery took place in August 2009.

MBC-15 1939 Lagonda Drophead...the regular issue of 40 models is refinished in maroon with white sides and has yellow seats, hood and luggage trunk. When H.M.V. saw the regular issue version, he remarked that 'it's gorgeous!'...released in October 2009.
